Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return window

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Step 1 — Contact us first

Please email trilyacare@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed.

Step 2 — Send photo proof

For any damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please include clear photos (or a short video) of the issue in your email. This lets us resolve it fast — usually with a free replacement or refund, often without you needing to ship anything back.

Change-of-mind returns

If you’d like to return an item simply because you changed your mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of delivery with photo proof and we’ll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval (or after we receive the returned item, where a return is required).

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, personal-care devices that contact the skin may not be eligible for return once used, unless they arrive faulty.
